Gene expression in IM/FM, 2 dpi, 4 dpi and 6 dpi floral buds of wild type, lc, fas and lc/fas in the LA1589 background

Experiment description: The goal of this study is to decipher the effect of the lc and fas mutations on gene expression during floral development in tomato. 3' Tag RNA-seq analysis was performed on wild type (S. pimpinellifolium accession LA1589), lc, fas and lc/fas NILs during tomato floral meristem development. For each genotype, RNA was isolated from sympodial shoot apical meristem (SYM), the combined floral and inflorescence meristem (F&IM), and floral buds at 2, 4, and 6 days post floral initiation (dpi) for triplicates.
