RNA-Seq analysis on tomato anthesis flowers of ovate/sov1 NILs in the LA1589 backgroundExperiment description: To explore the effects of ovate and sov1 on global gene expression profiles, RNA-Seq analysis was performed using flowers collected from four genotypes of plants: WT, ovate, sov1 single NILs and ovate/sov1 double NILs in S. pimpinellifolium, LA1589 background. Each genotype had two biological replicates. Each biological replicate represented 10 flowers from two plants.
