This module contains profile data of a set of target metabolites collected from public domains. Metabolite profile data are mostly obtained from a set of Solanum pennellii-derived introgression lines (ILs) and a set of S. habrochaites (formerly hirsutum)-derived ILs. A set of interfaces and tools were developed to facilitate mining and analyzing the metabolite profile data, and to integrate tomato metabolite and expression profile data.
