Matt's wild cherry tomato vs. Phytophthora infestansExperiment description: An experiment consisting in 3 time points (12h, 36h, and 60h) after the inoculation of tomato plants (Matt's wild cherry) with Phytophthora infestans. For each time point the expression profile of plants inoculated with a strain inducing a compatible interaction and a strain inducing an incompatible interaction was compared.
